This website sets no cookies, performs no analytics and embeds no content from third-party servers. Fonts are served from this domain, not from a font service. That is also why there is no consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to.

Personal data arises in exactly two places: in the server logs, and when you use the contact form.

When this website is accessed, the web server logs technical details of the request: date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, the status code, the browser identifier and — where transmitted — the IP address. The logs serve secure operation and the detection of technical faults. They are not combined with other data.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in technically sound and secure operation. The logs are overwritten continuously once the configured maximum size is reached, and are not retained beyond that.

When you use the form, the details you enter are processed: name and email address are required; company, phone number and, for a product enquiry, model, material and pail manufacturer are optional. Your message is added to these.

These details are transmitted by email to the mailbox named above and used there solely to handle your enquiry. They are not stored in a database on this website, not analysed, and not passed on to third parties who are not involved in handling it.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry serves the initiation of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Messages remain in the mailbox for as long as required to handle them and to comply with commercial and tax retention obligations.

To protect the form against automated abuse, it contains a field invisible to you that only programs fill in, and the time between the page being shown and the form being submitted is evaluated. In addition, the number of submissions per sender is counted temporarily in the server's memory.

No third-party service is used for this — in particular no reCAPTCHA. No data is transmitted to external servers for this purpose.

This website runs on a server in a data centre in Germany. The provider processes the log data described above on our behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is to be concluded with the provider if not already in place.

An email mailbox is used to deliver messages from the form. The provider of that mailbox processes the transmitted content technically in order to deliver it.

A few places link to leka-studio.de. The link is an ordinary one — no data is transmitted unless you click it. Once you do, the privacy notice of that site applies.

You have the right to information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18) and to data portability (Art. 20). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests under Art. 21 GDPR.

An informal message to info@as-industrial.com is enough. Independently of this, Art. 77 GDPR gives you the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For our registered office in Ritterhude that is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.

The connection to this website is encrypted throughout with TLS (recognisable by https:// in the address bar). Requests over an unencrypted connection are redirected to the encrypted one automatically.
